What we store

• Account data: your email address and sign-in identity (Google, GitHub, Apple or email/password), managed by Firebase Authentication.
• Focus data: your sessions, plans, projects, check-ins, streaks and settings, stored in a private Firebase Firestore document that only your signed-in account can read or write.
• Public profile: the display name, photo, bio, level and focus stats you choose to share. Visibility of stats is controlled by your privacy setting (public / friends / private).
• Posts and comments: content you actively share to the feed or groups.

What stays on your device

Health data (sleep and workout minutes from Apple Health) is read on-device to adjust your daily readiness and is never uploaded to our servers.

AI coach

When you chat with the coach, your message and a summary of your focus context (readiness, plan state, goals) are processed by Google's Gemini API to generate the reply. Chat content is not used to train models by us and is not shared with other users.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive anonymized entitlement status (via RevenueCat), never your payment details.

Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time in Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your focus data, profile, posts and photo. There is no recovery.
